After a successful holiday season, it's time to rebuild an inventory of paintings for the spring!  The painting featured here, Mill Valley Marsh, was just sold. I've had in hanging in my own home for a while enjoying the mist and colors of the pickleweed marshes in winter. I was reluctant to let it go, but I have enjoyed my time with it - in both the creation and the viewing - and now I am happy someone else will have time with it! 

I am in the midst of completing a large commission painting, getting out for weekly plein air paintings and  practicing life painting and portraiture in a class twice a week.  Now, if only I could find time to do some still life...
